Love & Cookies- A cookie recipe in honor of Empire’s (Fox TV) ‘Cookie’

I love ‘Cookie’ on Fox TV’s Empire. So here is a chocolate chip cookie recipe I made in her honor.

“Cookie” Chocolate Chip Cookies

A rich and complex cookie, just like Cookie on Empire! 2 sticks unsalted butter 1 1/4-cups packed light brown sugar 1/4 cup white sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs 2 1/2- cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 4 oz. dark chocolate chips 4 oz.
